1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, odor-free, and with original tags intact.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time varies depending on your bank or card provider, usually 3–7 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges at no additional cost (shipping fees may apply in certain cases).
4. Defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll replace or refund it promptly.
